LAMBTON COUNTY BEREAVEMENT RESOURCES

Bereavement Support Services

The death of someone close to us is one of life's most stressful events. Our lives are forever changed. It takes time to heal, and painful emotional upheavals are all normal and necessary parts of grieving.

The Canadian Mental Health Association of Sarnia-Lambton offers Individual Bereavement Support. Through this process we strive to:
* Provide a safe and supportive environment to experience the feeling and thoughts associated with grief.
* Provide information relevant to the participant's unique experience.

The fee for this program is offered on a sliding scale.
