Band returns from trapped, injured or dead raptors, waterfowl ,song birds and other banded species provide a wealth of information for banders and rehabilitators alike. Thanks to the volunteer support from the banders of Hawk Cliff, Port Stanley, Ontario. BCRR is able to have many of its releasable birds banded on the premises

It is important if you find a banded bird that you report it as soon as possible and include ;

 

-name, address  ,phone
 -description of bird
-date found, location, circumstances
-dead \ alive
